- Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of custom-developed code, graphic designs, and marketing assets created specifically for your project will be transferred to you.
Payment & Billing
Clients agree to adhere to the payment schedule defined in their individual project contract. Standard terms include:
- Invoices must be settled within the timeframe specified on the document.
- Failure to clear payments may result in the temporary suspension of software support or marketing campaigns.
- Late fees may be applied to balances exceeding the due date by 15 days.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shammtech IT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. While we utilize industry-best practices, we are not responsible for fluctuations in business performance caused by third-party algorithm changes (e.g., Google or Meta updates).

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our primary business registry location.
