Refunds are generally not provided once the project discovery and development phase has begun. If a project is cancelled before any work starts, a partial refund — minus applicable administrative fees — may be issued at our discretion. We encourage clients to review all project requirements thoroughly before engagement.
Digital Marketing
Monthly retainers for SEO or Ad Management services are non-refundable once the month's service has commenced. This policy applies to all ongoing digital marketing engagements, including search engine optimisation, paid advertising campaigns, and social media management.
Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with our work, we are fully committed to making it right.
